Looking for an Experienced and Knowledgeable Volvo Maintenance Technician

Tremaine’s Auto Service, in Dayton, Oh, is currently seeking an Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team. The Automotive Technician is responsible for the successful completion of all assigned work related to the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of customer vehicles. 
Assigned work is to be completed in a timely and accurate manner. Automotive Technicians are responsible for maintaining service equipment and work areas ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Communicate with customers and or office staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Light line and heavy line service requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with European cars is a plus
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate solutions to others
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to follow all store and safety policies and procedures
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
